Purity

• Wool is from organically raised sheep, processed in a chemical-free facility

• No poly backing on fabrics, and no treatment in the wool

Warranty

Your mattress and foundation are covered by a 10 year fixed and 20 year prorated warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

The mattress must be properly supported for the warranty to apply. You can set it up on one of our 5-inch or 8-inch foundations. Or it works well on a slatted bed or boxspring.

Shipping

Most mattresses are made to order, and take up to 2 weeks for processing.

For some sizes, rush processing is available for a small fee. The mattress will leave the factory in two days, and be sent as normal via ground shipping.
